You’ll be welcome in my historical house in the centre of Milan with an amazing view over the city from a terrace luxuriant of flowers and trees. You’ll eat the delicious dishes you prepared: pasta, ravioli, tiramisù that come with an excellent wine and limoncello prepared with my own terrace’s lemons. I will reveal you all the secrets about tagliatelle and the famous ravioli so that you will go back home as an authentic Italian chef. What about bringing a very sweet memory from Italy, one that will always be in your heart? The secret of the classic tiramisù, a family recipe that follows the one of its creator: soft, sweet, delicious and unique! THIS IS NOT A CONVENTIONAL COOKING CLASS: of course you'll learn a lot about pasta but you'll be welcomed into my family like old friends for a traditional Italian meal, cooking all together while sharing our different stories. Ravioli, spaghetti, tagliatelle or other typical kinds of pasta will be on the menu: the masterpiece of Italian cooking history. And, why not, we'll also prepare our "secret" tiramisù with chocolate. I will welcome you in the port of Desenzano where we'll familiarize with the "Annamarie", a comfortable boat equipped with bathroom and kitchen and extremely safe. After a short briefing we will sail to Sirmione to visit the castle, the springs of sulphurous water and the ancient Grotte of Catullo, here we will stop near the beach called Jamaica Beach for transparency of its water. We will drop anchor to enjoy the beach and organize lunch (or the aperitif for the half-day experience -4 hours) on the boat with typical local products Here you can sunbathe, take spectacular photos and refreshing baths! for guests there are snorkeling equipment, sup and dinghy. If, on the other hand, you prefer to relax and sunbathe, the boat will gladly welcome you The return route crosses the sunset with its romantic colours. POSSIBILITY TO SPEND THE NIGHT ON THE BOAT FOR WHO LIKE TO HAVE A ROMANTIC NIGHT ;) Other things to note Sports skills are not necessary, sailing is available for everyone both for those who want to try in some manoeuvres and for those who want to be just a passenger who enjoys the tour

At the arrival I will offer you cofee break, and I will give you a lab coat for the access to the production area. I’ll bring you along a complete tour to discover all the steps of Parmigiano Reggiano’s production. We’ll see where the animals are bred and where the milk is mould. We’ll go into the cheese factory during milk processing and we'll witness in cooking and making cheese wheels. We’ll see then the process of salting and maturing up to enter the huge “caveau”, where thousands of cheeses wheels are guarded and laid out in long rows in the silent maturation rooms and where the scent of cheese will smell so nice and exciting that we won’t be able to resist till the final tasting of cheese and local typical products. Ci troveremo davanti alla Chiesa di Argegno per poi imbarcarci dal pontile privato. Ospiteremo un massimo di 10 partecipanti, per cui se non trovi posto direttamente contattaci. Lentamente inizieremo a navigheremo Verso l' isola Comacina, passando i villaggi di Colonno e Sala Comacina, ci fermeremo nel canale dell' Isola, davanti al Villaggio di Ossuccio. Durante il Boat Party con musica e open bar vi offriremo ottimo Prosecco, avremo a disposizione anche soft drink e acqua. Ascolteremo musica e balleremo, si potrà nuotare e avere momenti di piacevole convivialità tipica italiana. Prima del rientro passeremo davanti a Villa Balbianello, Villa Cassinella e Villa Balbiano, per poi fare rientro ad Argegno. THIS IS A FRIENDLY COOKING EXPERIENCE. You'll be welcomed into a typical Italian home for a traditional meal with a local, where you'll learn how to make Sicilian and Northern Italian homemade pasta. I'll share with you my grandmother and my family's secrets for easily preparing 3 types of delicious homemade pasta: tortelli and other typical kinds of pasta with wheat flour (with gluten and eggs or water; NO GLUTEN FREE!). And, Dulcis in fundo (last but not least), we will make my special tiramisù with Sicilian ingredients. We will spend a great time together to cooking, eating, drinking, chatting, laughing, sharing stories, and particularly talk about food, which is one of our favorite topics in Italy. Gli ospiti si approcceranno alla modellazione dell'argilla attraverso le tecniche base o con il tornio. In questo periodo dove regna la tecnologia, offriamo un sano momento per dare spazio alla fantasia, risvegliando i sensi attraverso l'uso di questo materiale all'apparenza povero, ma che ha origini prima della nascita dell’uomo. Ognuno potrà dare libero sfogo alla creatività godendo anche degli effetti rilassanti rilasciati dal contatto con l'argilla. Gli oggetti modellati potranno essere ritirati in laboratorio dopo la cottura che avverrà circa 15 giorni dopo, o eventualmente con spedizione ( spesa a carico degli ospiti)

Partiremo da Garda e ci dirigeremo verso l'entroterra di Bardolino con le e-bike. Dopo aver percorso ciclabili e strade poco trafficate, ci fermeremo in una cantina locale per una degustazione di vini del posto. Dopo la degustazione ripartiremo per la parte finale del tour. È possibile utilizzare, in alternativa alla e-bike, un tandem speciale dove il passeggero sta davanti ma non governa i comandi, che sono comandati dalla persona seduta dietro. Entrambi i ciclisti pedalando! Questo tandem è ideale per persone che non vogliono o non possono guidare una bicicletta ma che sono comunque dotati di normale mobilità fisica. Attenzione! Dispongo di uno solo di questi tandem!
